Amnesties
Greece had four amnesties between 1970 and 1974. One occurred in the context of democratic transition. Three amnesties released political prisoners. One amnesty forgave human rights violations.

Domestic Trials
TJET has compiled data on 35 domestic prosecutions between 1975 and 2018. These include three transitional human rights prosecutions of state agents, in which nine persons were convicted; and 32 regular human rights prosecutions of state agents, in which 17 persons were convicted. In one trial that involved high-ranking state agents, two persons were convicted.

Vetting Policies
Greece had three vetting policies, starting in 1974; one of these ended by 1975. One policy provided sanctions based on past individual conduct.
