Amnesties
Serbia had eight amnesties between 1973 and 2002. One occurred in the context of democratic transition. One was passed after internal armed conflict. Four amnesties released political prisoners. One amnesty forgave human rights violations.

Domestic Trials
TJET has compiled data on 90 domestic prosecutions between 1989 and 2020. These include 62 transitional human rights prosecutions of state agents, in which 129 persons were convicted; 14 regular human rights prosecutions of state agents, in which 26 persons were convicted; 64 intrastate conflict prosecutions of state agents, in which 121 persons were convicted; and seven intrastate conflict prosecutions of opposition members, in which five persons were convicted. In eight trials that involved high-ranking state agents, twelve persons were convicted.

International or Hybrid Trials
Nationals of Serbia were subject to 55 international prosecutions between 1995 and 2018, which led to 76 convictions.
