Based on the Uppsala Conflict Data Program, TJET records no episodes of violent intrastate conflict in Solomon Islands between 1970 and 2020.

Amnesties
Solomon Islands had three amnesties between 2000 and 2001. Three were part of a peace agreement. One amnesty forgave human rights violations.

Domestic Trials
TJET has compiled data on eleven domestic prosecutions between 2001 and 2010. These include two transitional human rights prosecutions of state agents, in which two persons were convicted; seven regular human rights prosecutions of state agents, in which four persons were convicted; and one opposition prosecution of state agents or opposition members, in which no one was convicted.

Reparations Policies
Solomon Islands mandated one reparations policy in 2001. TJET found no information on the total number of beneficiaries. TJET found no evidence on implementation.

Truth Commissions
Solomon Islands mandated one truth commission in 2008. The commission completed its operations in 2012. The commission issued a final report, which is publicly available. The report included recommendations for prosecutions, reparations, and institutional reforms.
